Solo ads - is it safe to order it for FB page?

As title mentions, is it safe to buy solo ads for growing a Facebook fan page? Won't i be blocked by facebook? I don't use black hat to grow my fb page. I already launched FB ads, but i want quicker results.
And did someone used Udimi for solo ads? is it good service?
