Hi guys I want to share some information you can think it as a review of the services they are providing.

I brought there HighlineXtreme 24GB VPS it was the worst experience i have in any service ping times were very high and the speed was low the work i wanted to do not able to do so i tell them that i am not interested in the service ask them to convert to dedicated (Not going on details but the way they treated this case was horrible if anyone want i can go in details to) Now on dedicated service was good but on few days of use today received a ticket that my network usage is high so they are limiting it its just a thing which company do blackmail you.

I ask them if they are not giving what they are advertising then refund it or lets discus this matter on a open forum so rely i received is as follow.

Its dedicated server we are talking about unlimited bandwidth @ 1 gbps

Thank you for the update, There is a difference between unmetered BW and guaranteed BW, Your server is on 1gbps unmetered (we dont cap how much you transfer) is correct which is what we advertised for. Guaranteed BW means how much you are using all day of this 1Gbps. Normally 99% of our clients get true 1Gbps guarantee BW unless a client is affecting all others clients on the same Rack, which is the case here. Our datacenter would notify us to notify this client to upgrade this server to a high BW package otherwise it will be limited to 100mbps

Regarding your question regarding refunds, as listed on our website we dont offer refunds on dedicated server once is delivered. You can simply reduce the BW usage and you shall be fine if you dont wish to upgrade to a higher package. We are just letting you know with the amount of you current usage your server will be limited by the datacenter to 100mbps if it wasnt limited or upgraded.

Its not my headache if the people don't touch the bandwidth but it is misleading on what they advertising. If anyone of you think i am wrong then please do let me know about it.

To rest of you please be your own judge deciding to take the service or not.

We believe we answered your ticket and for sure you are mixing things up, we really dont need to reply to this thread as it wont change anything for us. There is a difference between Unmetered and Guaranteed BW clearly you are mixing orange with apple

Unmetered BW means the amount of data you transfer, we dont monitor it and we advertise for unmetered BW which is true

Guarantee BW means how much you brust out of the 1Gbps, most servers in France like your case comes with 250mbps Guaranteed BW, when a client exceed it we request to either limit the usage or upgrade to a higher BW package since the datacenter also request it. Its your choice to choose to not upgrade but you will just have to limit your BW usage

This is a datacenter requirement in France in general, Maybe you can do some research prior coming and writting false claims. Anyway we have added cancellation on your server at the end of your billing and we wish you to find a suitable provider that can provide you with this (if ever found)

I don't want to go in details but i will surely find better services then yours don't worry about it. Its the false claim that is advertised on the site its not personal matter its matter of principle. There is not false claim made here just explained what my experience with a company.

You should have added limitation line on your dedicated servers so it should be very clear what we are buying what are the limits. So according to you I should have researched myself that the services have these limitation before buying simply great.

The response was the clear reflection how you handle your clients then again it was expected from you .
