I'm sure there are lots of people who've bought or thinking of buying Solana NFTs.
I've been playing around for the past couple of weeks and have made some decent investments.

There is Alpha.art which is a new one, DigitalEyes etc. The ecosystem is newly developing but it will be solid. Almost all of the new and promising NFTs launch their own marketplace for trading, but it will be consolidated in a few months.

That's the great thing about fees on Solana, it's almost non-existent. For good projects the usual minting fee is around 3 SOL, and the average transaction cost on Solana is like $0.00025 - so, virtually none. This is why people who can't buy Ethereum NFTs usually go for Solana NFTs.

Misunderstanding. The minting fee for a project is set by the team that creates the project. You can mint your own NFT for $0.000025 or whatever. So if someone just wants to get started selling NFTs, they can sell for $1.00 no problem. But good projects sell for $400+ and if they get big like some of the Ethereum based projects, maybe they can be worth $10,000+ but I think only Solana whales would buy for that price to try and boost the price of Solana (talking about millionaires).
