Software/website for pr domains?

As the title goes, I wanted to know what Software/website you guys use to grab HIGH pr domains? I have heard of register compass but there is a monthly fee.

Any other recommendations with less fee or one time fee? Thks in adavance.

I've found a couple gems using the TDNAM scraper in scrapebox.
I think it just scrapes the bargain bin in Godaddy, but sometimes there is gold.
It's hit or miss though. Lotta PR1-2.
