Please let me know the best software/tools check ranking for keywords(can check many kw at the same time).

Traffic Travis and Market Samurai can also be used to track serps.
 
I'm checking serpattacks, feeling quite good. Another software will check later.

Traffic Travis is pretty good, you can checkout that as well.
 
Start with software. Once you need to track hundreds or thousands of keywords, move on to services.

Of course, with software, you need a VPS running 24/7 if you want it to run every day at the same time.

Rankerizer, looks an finds in 3 top search engines (G, Y!, B) and it is free too! Put your site URL and keywords there... it will do it whenever you want, and also prepare a separate graph of ups and downs of every KW result.
 
Different people use different kinds of software for checking the position of their keywords. I am using serpattacks and rank tracker which are the best freeware tool for this regard.
 
My vote goes to serpfox.com even offer free 10 keyword rank tracking too :) so far i know...
