Software to Tweet multiple accounts

I have a handful of carefully built accounts that I want to tweet the same message to. Is there a software or online tool that can connect each account and then I put in my tweets once and it posts to each of them?

Buffer integration would be a great bonus.

Second Mass Planner, most useful tool for social media, especially if you oversee client accounts. Best tool to increase brand audience and engagement imo.
 
Massplanner can do it, or followliker. These are the two main programs you can take, they work perfectly and fast.

If you don't want to spend money on it well there's still the Tweetdeck option.

Hootsuite Pro can do it as well, streamlined and simple. I've got four Twitter accounts pushing the exact same updates daily, scheduled out for a year.
