Software to Remove Watermark

Is there any software that really works to remove a watermark from a portrait?
I have tried Teorex Inpaint 5.5 but it doesn't do the job...

No software can remove watermark effectively - unless they just crop it out - because they'd need to be able to fill in the blanks somehow, and that's a job of a real person with image editing skills.

I understand, but my question is... Is there a most effective software that will do at least some of the work?

The most effective will be Photoshop, you can use the clone tool I believe.

It depends on what type of image it is... you can easily remove a watermark with photoshop, but depending on the background behind the watermark you might see the change.

Been working with photoshop for over 4 years anyone can remove watermark just is alittle time consuming depending on how much of the picture its over

If it's an image then PS, if it's video then blur might work.

Just use PS or Gimp with the clone tool to take care of it. Nothing else is effective.
