Software to rebuild old website from archive.org

I remember a few years ago I read that there is some software or service that helps you rebuild expired domains. It takes the content from archive.org.

Can somebody tell me where/how can I do that? What is the service/software called?

1. Install Ruby
2.Install wayback machine downloader
3.Download site from webarchive
