Software to get feedback from buyers on ebay

I'm selling phones on ebay but my buyers didn't give me feedback to my account. What do i want to do? wheather i want to message to buyers and tell them to leave feedback or is there any software that can send feedback request message to buyers?

To get more feedback, I include a little note in the package. Oftentimes, a little reminder goes a long way.

I think ebay sends feedback reminders to. But you have their paypal email if they paid with paypal. Just shoot them an email...
