Software to find real fans on facebook

Is there a decent software, maybe comparable to Youtube Toolbox, that makes it easier to find real fans? On youtube I go to similar videos, gather the commenters and then let the toolbox write to them. Some of them like the stuff I do and sub. They are seriously interested in my stuff and it's only those people I need. I do not need fake fans or "dead" fans.

So I'm looking for a software that helps me do something similar on facebook. Find certain groups and contact people. Do you know a good one or have some hints for me? I'm novice when it comes to facebook in fact I hate facebook and Suckerberg but it's a good place for promotion I guess.

i wish there would be something like this... I make mostly music. And people like my music, but i have troubles finding my audience out there...

i think crowdbooster is good with facebook and youtube.. it shows the views and fans.. but i am not sure whether it finds real fans..
