Software to create animations via drag & drop layout

Hi guys, hope you can guide me here:

I'm looking for a website or software to create animations via a drag and drop layout. There was a website I came across before (can't recall if it was here) that allowed to do it, unfortunately I forgot its name; I know it's not Create Studio. I believe there was an one-time $64 payment.

If you know the name I would really appreciate it, if not I'm open to other suggestions. Many thanks.

I would recommend unity. it has not failed me yet.
