I want to get the general cost of figma to html projects a single page of four sections only
or any software to use, looking for those with experiences to direct me

You tend to get what you pay for. Cheap pay, cheap quality (unless you get lucky). At a minimum I'd offer $100 for something like what you're asking.

understood, thanks for letting me know too, i had wanted something really customized , but at times, the pay is not the issue, the quality of the producer is

Yeah I here you. The other issue you're looking at is turnaround time too. I find the skilled coders are almost always taking on other gigs at the same time so they'll often be late to deliver.

Personally I just us WordPress and a builder like avada or oxygen to get in done quicker, and that way I'll get everything done on time, and control the quality.
