Software to check if my link is on a certain page

Hi there,

I enjoy building backlinks, especially through comments since i like to read and learn more about different subjects.
I have a big log of the websites where i dropped my linked comments so it's pretty easy to go back and check if my comments made it through.

However, the log is getting bigger and bigger, and it takes me more and more time to check each website.

I am therefore looking for a software (Or online tool) that can help me.
A tool where i can put in a big list of links to blogs and where i can also put in links from my own website.
After i do this, i want that tool to check all those pages(blogs) to see if any of my links(from my website) are on those pages.

Does something like this exist?
