I know there's:

Sick Submitter (monthly fee)
Venom SEO (monthly fee)
SEnuke X? (monthly fee)
XRumer (expensive and monthly)
Auto Backlink Bomb (cheap, but slow and no multi-threading yet)

Is there any other forum profile backlink software that WORKS, is affordable, and isn't a monthly fee?

Xrumer is Monthly? Didn't knew that. Anyway, I would still recommend Autobacklink bomb as it is a pretty good deal for its price.

Xrumer is 590$ First time then 10$ a month.

Try Rankbuilder, I used to use it in the past and it worked with multi threading.
 
I'm looking for similar, cross SenukeX off your list for now as it's simply awful.

Search the forums for Xgen ;) and it might be worth a try, I'm giving it a try tonight.

$10 dollars per month, plus additional speeds to run it on its own server. Your looking at paying at least $200+ to run this thing effectively by itself, unless you plan on using a VPS of some sort.
 
i am sure Xrumer make you more than you spend. read a lot about it.
 
I too would definitely recommend using Rank builder as its profile link builder is fast and eimple to use. It won't take much of your time in setting up everything, works fast, takes lesser resources on your system while running and have good success rate if you're using custom list

But it have got drawbacks too that it needs external captcha resolver support and has monthly fee.

Best to go with xrumer, expensive choice but you don't have to pay ever again

Profile linking + Directory Submission + Article Submission + RSS + .etc.
 
I'd say ScrapeBoard. Even though it's not yet the "best" tool around, I'm sure in a few updates it can be as useful and as effective as ScrapeBox.
