it was a software you can make smaller software to do task. it had a play button on the software you make to do stuff. i think they went out of biz... the software was like 800 bucks. you could buy the bots on the forum they had. ubot studio jeezus

need a bot that can post a list a csv to wordpress. something simple

FYI:
They suck ass.
Not a bd tool to do MVPs etc. but for example they just had updates that broke the whole software, you could not do anything with it... Yep. and it is the norm. Their support sucks.
So as a newbie using it now you likely will smash your keyboard (when it should
and can be easy if you know which version to get etc)
Get wp all import etc you can just import it with that, or hire a freelancer here to do web based or API based bot for you

You could do that on Ubot easily or python
Why do you suggest an IDE?
Any RPA will work for you there's no full control but enough to do small work.
