Software similar to Twitter Blaster Pro.. what are my options?

Is there a working version of Twitter Blaster Pro out there?? I just want to gather ids and follow them. I remember a few years ago Twitter Blaster was great and there was another good program as well but can't remember the name.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Looking for the best out there meaning one that works fine and is worth the download and/or money.

I am planning to gather IDs with alt accounts and just use them to get them to the real thing so I should be safe right?
