Software recommendations: Mass tweets

I own a large number of twitter accounts, which I want to utilize to tweet some content. Is there a specific software that supports mass management of such accounts with a low chance of bans/suspensions? It would be a plus if they support proxies as well

I know mass planner, but its super buggy at this point and highly unreliable. Also, stuff like hootsuite don't allow you to post tweets in a mass manner (from multi accounts)
