http://r2blogger.blogspot.com/ for blogger and also wordpress is cool I think. But I want to suggest you not to use any automated tool for Blogger.

You can get something like this created with zennoposter. The new version is pretty slick, however it will take you some time to learn and create a template to do this unless you paid someone to create one for you.

Don't use chongchong. I used last year and had severals failures, and my computer was so slowly. Not recommended.

Better, do it manually.
