I thought so, so the best thing to do is put it on a burner site. Create the content but dont publish and transfer to main site.

Yeah, its better to be safe than sorry, if all it takes is a google engineer reading bhw once every so often and sees people are using it, why wouldn't they just write something in to the algo to check, and adjust your rankings, seems like an easy win for someones promotion! lol Might be being a bit paranoid, but if you base your whole content strategy on un edited content then you'll definitely get into difficulty.
