Software or Browser for Managing Multiple Forums

I am looking for a software that will make it easy to navigate from one forum to the next while being logged into all of them at the same time. I am a member at many forums and would like to quickly post to all of them... any idea?

you can simply use any browser with tabs and use the auto save login details.
