Software Needed For Lyrical Slideshow

Hi All,
I would like to create a Video with Lyrical Slideshow for a Song
Means,when a song is playing i would like highlight those lyrics and also some nice photos i want to show in background
Which software is best for this and how to do that ?
Im not a Pro,so please guide me with simple methods
