Software monetizing method?

Hi guys,

Looking for a good method to monetize a software download....Let me know if theres something I could integrate with it.

It is a free software that I wanna monetize traffic from! And i dont wanna use sharecash either......any good ideas there?

Edit: More ideas, making them sign up to a newsletter, and hit the list later on with another product?
