I'd like to know if anyone could find me a crack for a sewing software program for a sick relative... this software has a license that costs €1500 for just a sewing hobby...

Sorry kid, this isn't a pirate crack request forum. This app sounds niche. Don't download pirate software, your anti virus won't catch everything! You should search around github, see if anyone made something open source.
