i have around 80 wordpress blogs and some of them are interlinked but i'm wondering if anyone has/uses software to keep track of which sites link where and what pr the have?

try the seobook link analyzer feature... just a thought.

There are so many software available by which you can do that easily.
But it all up to you that which one you want to choose and what you want to neglect.
