Software for posts submission on multiple 2.0

Hi everyone,
I've recently tried FCS Networker in order to publish posts with auto-syndicated content, but the results were very disappointing. I like the way how FCS manages the 2.0s, but the posts submission is really bad. Now I'm looking for new software that has the same features and constant updates.
What is the best alternative to FCS?

theres xgenso that's very expensive..... but I think you can get a trial version free
 
I think 99$ only for lifetime access if we bought from BHW, let me know is the good one to use update content regularly?

RankerX maybe can be your option, i use it to post on 20+ web2.0 blog still working well and 30+ web2.0 bookmark

With RankerX can i auto-publish periodically articles with RSS Feeds on my 2.0 already created? thank you
 
RankerX, had high hopes for SEREngines but didn't work out
