Software for managing many Twitter / IG accounts

Hey, so basically I want to know how Twitter / Instagram follower sellers manage their accounts? What software do the use? Do I need private proxy for every 5 acc's or something? Are public proxies ok?
Basically I need a few thousand IG/Twitter accounts and software to manage them & send specified volume of followers to others.
How is this done?

Well proxies are a must with that volume of accounts. And a bot of some kinda is most certainly needed.

Public proxies are NOT ok. Private proxy per 5 accs might work, but, they might figure it out if u are doing a lot of connections between all your accounts. Program? Can be done with the right knowledge of coding. Learning to code in NET*or whatever is popular those days) could get it done, or you could hire someone ;)

Twitter only allows 2-3 registrations per IP. On top of that after the first registration they don't send out validation E-Mails.
