Software For Managing Different Freelancers/Projects

Hey Guys,

I was curious if anyone had any suggestions for software to use to manage different freelancers. I'm thinking something akin to bootcamp but with less transparency between teams (freelancers). I've used Evernote for some projects that I work on myself, and that might work for this also, but I figured I'd throw it to the floor to see if anyone had suggestions before I went ahead.


Essentially, I want each freelancer I hire to have their own log-in...after logged in they'd be taken to a section that was only accessible by them and anyone else on my team/theirs that was given access. It would be a place-holder for open orders and files...questions on new orders, as well any files that might be needed (i.e. - serp results the week after a gig).


Any recommendations would be appreciated!

i use asana , it has project options .
Or set up phpbb / smf etc on your hosting and make each forum only accessible to one one group (user in this case) .
