Are there tools or software out there for finding Potential SEO Clients and leads nationally and internationally from Craigslist within the job postings?

I KNOW people do it but HOW?

Use scrapebox to get email from your scrapped urls.

I maid few client with this

Does that go only as far as google indexes?

yes , but with billions indexed domains , you should be good

I'm more so looking for CL Ads no older that 2 days. Those are the easiest clients to grab.
