There is no such tool. Because it requires whole web to be crawled.

There are some services such as majesticseo

But so far as i analyze it is not working pretty correct

There was a time when Yahoo site explorer was the answer. Right now you can check ahrefs and opensiteexplorer but take that with a grain of salt.
