Software for building backlinks & bring traffic to site

Hello to all,
I would appreciate your suggestions to software that I can run on a local (or cloud) server and will create backlinks. I'm looking for software that is lifetime purchase preferably (I know there are few).
How safe are they? Can I wake up my 100% dead and quiet site? Can it rank in google so at least can be found?
Please kindly suggest softwares if you know.

It will probably be cheaper to start buying some links instead of purchasing of the software. This is not like the old days when it was a set and forget. They are 0% safe, very risky and the likelihood of getting a penalty is massive nowadays

You can buy GSA or moneyrobot.
But it's a waste of money buying those bots.

Take a look at GSA search engine ranker or Scrapebox. They are the fastest link building softwares but a lot of links could be seen as spam so be careful with it. I am sure there must be other tools.

Xrumer is another potential candidate for you (albeit an older one) - but I've heard bad things about sites getting penalized from using it too much.
