Software Facebook groups

Hello community I was hoping somene can point me in the right direction for this software that was just released a months ago. It was for facebook and it had the ability to find groups without admin and request to be admin or similar function??? Please and thank you for all your inouts concerning this matter.

There was tool called toolkit for facebook, chrome extension, but this was premium function and it looks like premium functions does not work right now. Unfortunatelly, you have to be member of the group before you can claim it. Then I think creating such bot that would just go through the groups and look for the message would be very easy to create.
