Software Engineer looking for SEO and IM partner

I am a Software Engineer in the US looking for a partner that is an expert in SEO and internet marketing. I am trying to create passive income for my brother and I. It will be even split between you, my brother, and I. Anything you want to do we can do. I have many micro niche ideas that I have researched already.

Basically I will create any website and software, my brother will write all the contents and handle accounting, and the person I am looking for will handle all SEO and marketing.
