Software / Bot for automating Email Campaigns

ok guys im an email marketing looking for a bot "desktop software" that can multithread
Basics of it is to be able to login to certain autoresponders and setup broadcasts and followups as per my per my request
So i simply copy and paste a subject/email body and link and use a variable like " %%link%%" and it will input a hyper link where i do this.
