Softcore porn site

Hey guys, I've had this idea for a while and was wondering what you thought about it / if it would be possible. I was thinking of making a softcore porn site that would feature celebrity sex scenes in movies/TV shows etc. Would this be viable due to copyrights? Any ideas?

You def. will have your competition cutout for you. About the copyrights thing you probably won't have issues while you're a small site. But if you ever get big (which is always the end goal) then i'de say you'll probably run into some issues.

Celebrity sex scenes in TV and movies is a niche with some pretty heavy hitters (Not that I know this personally, just Googled it to help a fellow blackhatter out) and the other problem is the legalese.

You have no right to download/present a part of their film or show on your own site without their permission. However, you could go around this with external upload websites that allow you to embed the video on your site. If you decide to go through with this idea it's basically similar to setting up a comination of a porn site/video streaming site.

Oh, and you'll need offshore hosting that ignores DMCA requests.

I don`t see why it wouldnt work. Just get offshore hosting and you are good to go. Titles like "Megan Fox sextape" will get shitloads of traffic and the rest is history. Good luck mate.

Copyrights would be a worry. But, if you were to embed the scenes from public sources--i.e. pornhub--then you're entitled to embed them.

Embed the videos from pornhub (no copyright problems) and sign up for hubtraffic.
