Strange I started F/UF from a fresh week old account and Can follow like 30-50 in few minutes easily not doing more than 100-150 a day.
Are you doing it manually or any bot??

IG has different limits for accounts these days, we cant exactly say after they launched a new update in november. But recently it has become more stable than before
