Socrates WP Theme on Fiverr - Safe to Use?

I saw a gig on Fiverr where someone was offering the Socrates WP theme. If I were to buy this is there any chance it would get yanked from my site later on by the developer?

I was going to buy the theme soon anyway, so at such a discount it would be great.
