    Hi All,

First off, I'm a lurker! I haven't contributed much and I've learnt a great deal, so, I feel I've no right to post such a detailed thread asking for help, but, I promise to give regular updates regarding my progress with relevant information in relation to this campaign. That said, I still can't get away from the fact that, until now, I've been a bad forum member so my apologies for this, and my thanks to everyone for the education thus far!

(After I finish this post, in light of my selfish ways, I'll post another thread in the relevant section about a recent 'search suggestion hijack' (I'll title it that) I orchestrated and how it increased the sites ranking dramatically. It's a good tale and might harvest some ideas for others to pursue)

I would like to know how your veterans would go about achieving my goals as I am certain the majority of you would be able to do this better than me. I'm no buffoon but I'd like to know, in detail, how you guys would go about this project from the basics to the nitty gritty! Not just for my benefit, but for the education of others as I don't seem to be able to find anything relating to this matter from a holistic perspective. I'll also post the templates of the documents I prepare to record this information for others to use as I find obtaining these a bit of an issue.

    Well, here's the situation:

I have a client who wants my undivided attention for several weeks in order to achieve several goals.

    A. Increasing their SERP's using targeted keyword blogging within an extremely competitive niche. Whilst this might sound potentially difficult, they alraedy rank on page 2 for the most competative KW's in their market place and have reasonable authority etc etc. The reason it's not an issue is that the people they currently employ to fulfill this task are (I hate to slag people of, but, in this case, I can't help myself) either negligent in their roles, or don't give a sh*t and/or no knowledge of the very basic principles of SEO! More about their brainless, idiotic antics later though as I want some feedback on that too! (This shouldn't be too difficult for a myriad of reasons but I will elaborate on this further as the project develops)

    B. Manage their Online Reputation on various forums and reviews sites. (Again, I'm building them a review funnel and the overall tasks are pretty much within my capabilities without too much trouble, although, suggestions are always welcome.)

All of the above is fairly standard and I'm comfortable that I can prevail in these goals but I want to do one thing I have never done before to assist with these goals, (as well as many other uses), hence, why I'm posting this thread:

I want to set up 50 - 75 online personas to act as sock puppets with a couple of social media accounts each and then a spread of forum memberships, review site memberships etc. etc. I don't want to have profiles which appear spoof as I cringe when I see some of the obvious astroturfing profiles around. I'm willing to put the time into manually preparing each persona with images, social interactions, likes, friends, groups, etc etc.

This will be very labour intensive of course and require some guile and diligence, not to mention patience before the profiles become usable. I get the intricacies required to establish unique, undetectable sock puppets but I've never done it. (apart from stalking my ex's of course). Obviously, I've got a reasonable budget and can afford to utilise whatever tools necessary to carry out my intentions to the highest professional standards but here are some basic quandries I need to resolve before proceeding (and your input is extremely appreciated, even if it's just to insult me!)

    1. Should I buy aged profiles and build around them or should I just start them from scratch?

    2. It's important these profiles are UK based, hence, the thought that building them from scratch personally ensures I'm not spending days working them, just to have them suspended later down the line. So Question 2 is, is there anyone who supplies UK aged profiles that actually stick?

    3. I was planning on using EZProxies to obtain 50 UK IP's at $2 each. My next question is convoluted and been something I've considered many times from various perspectives! If I set up (or build a aged profile) on an IP address over a couple of months, then leave the profile for a while and log back in under a different IP, will there be any issues? (My own thoughts are that there's no issue if the account was used diligently throughout the padding out process - Regular normal usage, same IP address, images correctly adjusted, natural links and connections and absolutely no promotional posts at any point) It's the session cookies, or lack thereof due to clearing history and cookies each time that concerns me! I kind of get what the social networks look for when ascertaining sock accounts but I'm unsure of what the best plan of attack is.

    4. In light of my last statement, If I'm not going to use automation and do things manually, should I use a dedicated PC and have windows user accounts for each one of my puppets? This would then ensure local storage and cookies have continuity but surely the mac address would let the cat out of the bag and they'd all get suspended? So do I need to spoof this each time?

    5. I read an interesting post by an obvious 'wise one' regarding MassPlanner (sorry I can't recall and dully credit the user - it was along the lines off - "Use automation!! - the software follows protocols which have been fully considered and it follows these at all times. People don't!!!!" So on that note, does MassPlanner have a replacement? (or a version still available? - The statement on the current webpage stating 'We are sorry, but at the request of Instagram we have been forced to close our service.", annoyed me and made me laugh at the same time! A big cheer to the developer from me!!!!!! I know he's a member and if I had a cap on right now, I'd be doffing it in his honour!

I'm going to leave it at that for now. I've loads more questions but I think I should give a little back in some other threads before my membership status changes to that of 'Leach'.

So to summerise, my questions are:

    1. Should I buy aged profiles and build around them or should I just start them from scratch?
    2. Is there anyone who supplies UK aged profiles that actually stick?
    3. If I set up (or build a aged profile) on an IP address over a couple of months, then leave the profile for a while and log back in under a different IP, will there be any issues?
    4. If I'm not going to use automation and do things manually, should I use a dedicated PC and have windows user accounts for each one of my puppets?
    5. Does MassPlanner have a replacement?

All guidance and opinions are welcome and I really do appreciate the input in advance! Once the project is completed, I'll have a reasonably effective army of UK profiles which look extremely authentic and I'd be more than happy to assist any members requiring their moderate use if it doesn't compromise the task at hand, or after the project is completed. I don't want to sell any services, but if I can assist like minded individuals with these assets, I'd be more than happy to assist in hope of securing a potential future back scratch.

I'll post the 'search suggestion hijack' thread explaining how I manipulated Google's search suggestion and the consequential increase in ranking in a few minutes. I've been very unsociable for a long time but I want to build a network of contacts now for mutually beneficial purposes. It's been a hard few years but I can finally look to the future - This is the reason I'll be much more active in the forum from here in and I'll try share my (limited) knowledge much more from now on, but only when appropriate of course.

Thanks once again for reading my plight and I welcome any suggestions.

Thanks Asif, I'll do just that - Newbies eh?

And whilst you input wasn't constructive thetoothfairy, I completely agree with you - Imagine knowing me in real life! Your comment made me chuckle though, as well as make me realise why I'm home alone on a Friday evening. You should see the post that followed this one. I even acknowledged it myself in that post stating, that I do go on a bit so I've no defense.

Any advice would be appreciated though and thanks for not being too harsh with the comments thus far. That's why I don't post much anywhere! I get abused for some reason and I'm a sensitive soul, so be gentle and hostile comments WILL make me self harm!
