SocialBot 4.2 - is it working for you?

Hi,

i have got cracked version of this social bookmarking tool here on BHW, i have just tried to test it - i tried to submit my site to 5 bookmarking sites (digg, folkd, bibsonomy, faves, myjeevs) - the program says everything was done successfuly, but in reality, my site has been bookmarked only on folkd and bibsonomy!

Am i doing something wrong? Or is this tool just non-working crap?

It's a good tool - but seriously, what do you expect from a cracked version? It's only 27 bucks, and Big Mike and his team work to put out quality apps at affordable prices.

I get same problem it is buggy never gives error is 50 50 chance on submits

Social Bot 4.3 came out today theyve added loads of pligg sites to the database, so 1163 services in all. Got autosign up feature so should be good for future backlinks.

Do you have a download link for 4.3 so i can try to crack that.

yes well, I manually signed up to all of the 80 odd sites i could, but many were down or dead towards the end of the list. think some of the errors you may receive can also be from when it asks you to alter your user name and you forget to save the altered version inside the bot, or when the confirm emails go to your junk folder.

I came back to this thread, from a google search of all places, looking for info on how to have socialbot submit individual pages rather than whole sites (using their spider), as the 4.1 manual suggests that it doesn't do sub-folders too well - which is basically all the web 2.0 site pages i am trying to submit. I read on another forum that you can bulk manually submit individual pages, but so far it hasn't worked with this version, will keep trying, but if anyone knows the trick, please let us know.

a quick follow up ... I managed to add seperate pages, (not via the bulk submit) and it seems to be submitting several of the pages. Will just need to tidy up the bookmarking sites that didnt register the first time then check if any of the ones that i should be registered with actually received the submissions, and the spun tags. its a hell of along voyage, and probably better with v 4.3 or whatever the latest is, but doubt that the BHW v 4.1 can be upgraded ... hope you are all having fun with this tool ..

Pffft, just pay for it ya cheap bastard. I got SB, RSSbot, and Articlebot for under 40 bux.
