I am thinking of adding this feature to my SERPAssist tool.

The big question I am considering is:

Would you considering using a hosted service that would schedule the bookmarking for you?

No software would be required on your desktop and you could manage it from any browser.

You'd have to load the proxies to be used, but once configured it would be fire-and-forget.

Maybe a small monthly ($9?) or a one-time fee of something like $99? Of course, users of SERPAssist would get this automatically. :)

    What do you think?

Sounds interesting. It would certainly make bookmarking look more natural than other automated solutions.

I like the idea. And I would consider using such a hosted service.

But as always, I never really like signing up for services that are billed monthly or otherwise recurring. I'd rather get what I'm paying for up front, pay the price, and continue. I think I blame cell phone providers and their damned two-year contracts for that.

Who pays for the monthly hosting fees then?

Remember, if this is a hosted service, a monthly fee is the only way to go. A single up-front fee will never cover the long term costs for unlimited hosting.
