Social Website - FB/Linked Cousin

Hello,

I am looking to hire someone to make a social website for me. The site will essentially be a social media site with profiles, a public blog and a sign up page where they can register for some offers. It needs to be mobile optimized as well.

This is something I need done in less than a month and it can be done from a template if you have one or want to buy one. I have a couple days left on a social engine trial but I'm having trouble creating new pages on it, which really shouldn't even be hard.

Do you know how much this will cost ? How much is your budget , you basically want someone to design you a website from begin. Better buy one on marketplace
