social traffic pop. need help

hi guys
can someone reprogram this social traffic pop to appear only over the videos found in a
wordpress website. the social pop must appear over the video after some time and disapear only if he like or google plus the post.

i'm using video with <object> </object>

none is replying. this mean none can do what i ask.
