Social traffic exchange sites. Need a suggestion!

I'm gonna keep this short. A friend of mine happens to be the friend of a respectable Beauty Pageant Contest Runner-Up. The person wants me to provide likes on a Page for some $$. The quality of likes doesn't matter right now,only the quantity. Which Social Exchange is still active and enough to get around 1-2k likes in 24-48 hours?
I've tried Addmefast and Like4Like and I don't seem to be getting any likes on the page.
Suggestions anyone? Thanks in advance!
