Looking for a very specific service.

Does anyone know of a BHW Marketplace service or outside provider that will meet all of the below criteria:

• Provide drip feed social signals (FB Like, G+1, Repins) for 20+ article urls simultaneously.
• Wont be over the top. I dont want 5,000, maybe a hundred or so an article. I want realistic white hat passable amounts.
• Utilizes US Accounts and not spam indian accounts.

Anyone? Looking for simultaneous drip feed low social signals (under 200) for 20-30 links. Couldnt find anything along these lines.

Do we all just put our heads together and create this service? Haha.

There has got to be a vendor out there, this can't be something new.
