Social signal - scammed or not?

I bought a fiverr gigs for social signal and the guy just sent to me an image with 0 social signal on every single social network (before the work) and another image with a lot of social signal everywhere (after the job). Should I trust him? I mean... images like that could be done on photoshop in just 5 minute. How can I know the social signals have been delicered? Is it okay for me to ask him the links?
