Social Profile listening tool

Several years ago SEO Powersuite offered a desktop tool buzzbundle (here is video on using it ) where you could subscribe to different social profiles, hashtags, etc and it would aggregate the data for you. I went to their website, looks like they do not offer it anymore.

Features desired:
- track social profiles, pages, accounts, etc
- view engagement metrics
- be able to sort the data, etc

Does anyone have suggestions on tools like this?

FYI, it was buzzbundle and they replaced it with a service (and much bigger price tag) called Awario.
