This an awesome plugin, I use it on my sites. If anyone's interested it's called SNAP (Social Network Auto Poster) from NextScripts.

Setup as many networks as possible. It will only bring benefits to your site and will not do any harm.

It's definitely helpful to create these things as it would bring more traffic to your website.
yes i believe if your running on the grey or black area then the more the merrier. Other than that I believe you should do it manually cause it will really bring you loads od real traffic if you do it the right way and not auto post etc etc. Right way by checking in everyday even with autoposter and replying to coments, contributing to the community and the likes
