Social networks of the future?

As many people may know... Most social medias are saturated with every single type of niche you can think of. There are hundreds of fitness,fashion,music,car pages and it is not easy to grow with so much competition and accounts that are already established. I'm patiently waiting for a new social network to rise so that I can have a better chance of growing. The big question is.... When will that social network come? Anyone know of anything being created in the social network aspect?

It's hard to tell the future. At one point, it seemed like Tsu was taking off, but it didn't. I think that FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, and to a lesser extent, G+ are going to be around for quite some time.

In the next 10 years there will never be another Youtube, Instagram or Facebook so you may aswell consolidate your efforts on these...Snapchat is a different medium again. You are wasting your time with anything else don't kid yourself.

Snapchat is and Instagram are the fastest growing ones atm.

vk.com is pretty big aswell and might make a breakthrough in the western world.
