The best one is manage flitter its an Australian based company, very friend and professional and not just some dude sat in his bedroom, you can set posts too post out each, day or week and each hour, manage followers, un-manage followers, and lots of additional features they is a freebie version or a $12 per month version or a more expensive pro version, if you have over 75,000 twitter followers you get a free upgrade too pro version, its fantastic for twitter management.

Power post does work for facebook pages inside manageflitter, Try Hootsuite I find MF the best by miles, and very simple and easy.

I know Onlywire can schedule post to 45+ social networks:

You also have Sendible and Hootsuite which they are the top 3 choices.
Hootsuite and Buffer are two good tools that you can use for social media management.
However, as for my preference, I would go for Buffer as I find it more convenient especially in scheduling my posts on Twitter.

For posts on schedule, there are a few, buffer and whatnot. As for liking them at the same time on different social networks. There are tools such as hootsuite that manage your "social sphere". Then there is a new chrome extension http://2fb.me that lets you "Like" between Twitter and Facebook. Twitter and Facebook account for the most active social networks so it's smart to concentrate on those two in detail. What I mean by concentrating on Twitter and Facebook in detail, is for example, the 2FB extension lets you create shareable tweets that anybody can share to their Facebook. Anybody can then retweet you from shared Facebook posts. Imagine how powerful that is.. and this unique ability is not achievable on autoposting tools that post to all networks but it's available with 2FB. I'm obviously the author of the 2FB tool, no hiding the shamless plug
