Social networking script?

Hey,

I am looking for some PHP script which can submit your bookmarks to the book marking site and also send your content to social networking site. Every thing should be automated.

Do you know this kind of script (doesn't matter if it's paid) on internet?

It should NOT be desktop version, i am looking for script in php.
