Social Network Traffic and Domain parking?

Hello Guys

Just wanted to ask a few question:

1) Can i promote my parked domains with social network sites, like fb, twitter, youtube etc. if i send traffic from those sources will i get banned?

2) i applied to domain parking sites about 1.5 weeks ago and no reply, what does that mean?

I'm pretty sure that would be against the rules... I don't know which parking company you're using so I can't really comment
